Oakley Projects has over 20 years experience in the high-end domestic space. Initially working on large extensions and renovations, he then began to specialize in both new homes and owner-occupied townhouses.

We contracted Oakley Projects by tender process. Our brief was to ensure that our desired vision would be turned into a three dimensional home. The plans required a builder with skill, perception and empathy who could deliver using innovative construction methods as per the architectural drawings. Large expanses of floor to ceiling windows, recessed pelmets and automated blinds down to shadow lines on cupboards, Ezyjamb doors, automated systems with heating and cooling, security and all the facets that come together to create the architectural minimalist finish.

Richie's team of high level craftsman worked diligently to provide a "wow" factor in each area of their expertise. The attention to the finest detail was always the core driver of the project. His team on our project were outstanding.

On this project Richie was always available to answer our queries, talk through design issues in a timely manner and made us feel an important integral part of the entire project and confident that our plans were being followed. Our timeline for completion was comfortably met and Richie managed the budget with total transparency and met the contract price.
Richie was sensitive to the needs and concerns of the surrounding neighbours. He ensured that before he commenced the project he met with the neighbours in order to build an ongoing working relationship which proved useful throughout the project.
We are in the process of planning another project and Oakley Projects will be our first and only choice.
